Novikat Oy


In 1990, Noviter Oy made a strategic decision to establish its own workshop, Novikat Oy. Novikat manufactures such items as fire-tube boilers, economisers, convection parts and intermediate ducts for water-tube boilers and feed water tanks. Novikat acceded to the requirements of ISO-9001:2000 early in 1995. This system encompasses the EN 729-2 welding quality control system which guarantees top quality welding, the most important process at Novikat. We have also acceded to 97/23/EC module D/D1, the EU quality assurance directive for pressure vessels. This means that we can apply our quality system in manufacturing, testing and final inspection when handling EU-controlled or EU-design-controlled products.
