Noviter NWTB
The Noviter NWTB is a combined water-tube/fire-tube boiler, where the fire chamber and intermediate duct are water-tube structured and the convection part fire-tube structured. In addition to effective heat transfer and clean combustion, the advantages of this boiler, due to its compact structure, are high prefabrication degree and short installation time on-site. The construction of the boiler and the circulation of the water also give good protection against corrosion problems. NWTB boilers are equipped with one to three burners depending on nominal output. NWTB boilers can be equipped with economisers to reach the best possible operating efficiency when the properties of fuel allow. The output range of NWTB standard boilers is 20-120 MW. Design pressure varies from 1 to 2.5 MPa and design temperature from 115 to 204 °C. In special cases Noviter Oy can design and deliver NWTB boilers with higher output, pressure and temperature values than the standard series. |
