Plant example 3

Steam boiler plant, Izhevsk, Russia.

This factory-made boiler plant was designed to produce the process steam for the factory as well as the energy for a standard water circulating heating system to heat the factory building.

The boiler plant is equipped with a steam/water heat exchanger and other heating network devices such as circulating pumps and expansion equipment.

The total boiler output is 10 MW which represents15.4 t/h of steam. 20% of this is used to heat the factory and a small percentage is used for the needs of the boiler plant. Most of the energy produced goes to the production process of the factory.

The main fuel is natural gas and light fuel oil is used as a reserve fuel.

This boiler plant was completely built at our factory, where cold tuning was also done. The complete blocks were disconnected and then transported to the final site. There the blocks were reconnected to form a complete boiler plant.
