Steam boiler plant Narva

In 2005 Noviter Oy delivered to Estonia, to Narva power plant a steam boiler plant with nominal output of 260 MW. This power plant in Narva, called Balti Power Plant, is one of the biggest power plants in Estonia. The buyer of the plant was AS Narva Elektrijaamad.

Our scope was so called ”turn key”- delivery including e.g. constructional works. The fuels used in Narva are natural gas, heavy fuel oil and shale oil.

The boiler plant produces auxiliary steam to shale oil power plant, process steam to an industrial company nearby and district heat to needs of the city of Narva.

The boiler plant is composed of three steam boilers and each boiler produces steam 32,5 kg/s.
